Shipping Policy
We will do our very best to ship your order same or next day! Sometimes life happens and we aren't able to do so that quickly, so we guarantee shipment within three (3) business days. If for any reason that doesn't happen, you will find out in advance via email. If we're ever out of town or delayed for a foreseeable amount of time, we'll be sure to post on our socials as well as make a clear announcement at the top of our Home page here. Clair-Indigo reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you aren't satisfied with your product(s), you have seven (7) calendar days from delivery to request a return or refund. Full refund to your original payment method or full exchange value will only happen if the item has not been worn or washed and still has tags attached. If item has been worn, washed, and/or tags have been removed, the refund or exchange value will be 50% of the amount paid, issued as a store credit. Clair-Indigo reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
